Making Money Honey's Ultimate Faucet List
You can sort by highest minimum payouts, lowest possible time before getting more, etc, you can search them too. It defaults to 10 results a page, but you can make it as long as you like. On a couple of pages, like Bitcoin and Dogecoin, it defaults to only "safe" sites, those without popups, but you can click a link to see the whole list, even those with warnings. If anyone knows of more altcoin faucets that aren't listed, I'd love to add them. If you find any faucets with different payouts, times, new popups, gone dry, etc let me know. We'll get it changed. Let me know what you guys think.

Great info!! I'm glad to see some interest in this. I've added a bunch of sites to the Bitcoin list: http://makingmoneyhoney.com/bitcoinfaucets.php#btc We're up to 145 entries, only 4 of which are currently dry. That's 141 working bitcoin faucets in one sortable list, with notices if they have popups etc. And that's without starting on the Microwallet sites yet. Bitchest and Microwallet are coming up next.

Thanks. I plan to scour the web for more altcoin faucets one of these days soon. If anyone knows of any working faucets that aren't listed, let me know. We did get a litecoin rotator up here: http://makingmoneyhoney.com/rotator/LitecoinRotator.html

I've updated the first post. The other altcoin page has been updated. There are columns with the coin names, and all the multiple lists are in there separately, so the other altcoin table now has 138 entries. You can easily search for a coin by it's name, and then sort them to compare.

Added the new DASH faucet. We're up to 8 DASH faucets total, but since FaucetBOX has started allowing people to set up faucets with them, I'm sure we'll see more, and we will be adding them as they pop up on FaucetBOX.
