I'm yet to see someone sue them because paycoin didn't stay above $20.  Roll Eyes
Waste of time if you ask me, unless you lost much more than $15000.

I've worked with Lawyers for a long time and a 15G retainer for this type of case is the " I dont want to pursue this losing idea but if you want me to go thru the motions, I'll take your money "  response..

Good luck with your dream you dont have a chance in hell....

Getting a lawyer with any retainer is a losing case. GAW will crush you with the legal department and all the money they can spend from its victims. There really isnt a point sadly

Lol, their legal department is pretty sorry if there is one at all. Gaw can't even read a simple and clear TOS and not fuck it up. No way Gaw "crushes" anyone at anything, LMFAO.

To be honest, I dont think the class action will go anywhere similar to BFL or mt.gox that would take more then a year.

As of 3pm pst I have made contact with an attorney interested in helping us file a class action. I ask that everyone that is interested in being part of this class action please send an email with your name contact info  gawclassaction@gmail.com  getting a website up with all of the archived material available if people could also email links to all material that may be relevant to the above address will be helpful to the attorney. I will post more information hopefully tomorrow as I have another meeting with the lawyer. I will also be posting the same information on gawgate.com please sign up there as well
