I don't think I can do that But I can make users able to wd their money to PrimeDice,999Dice,Bitdice ETC and they can wd as soon as they reach the minimum wd (0.000501 for pd),(0.00016 for 999) etc.

I visit many taps daily, and always give preference to those who have to pay the balance. Many faucets do not have balance and are on just to make puplicidade.
So my suggestion is: do a tap that you always have balance. Surely always have visits
