That rifle is considered an assault weapon in California per Penal Code section 12276.1
A semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that has the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and any one of the following:
(A) A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon.
(E) A flash suppressor
(F) A forward pistol grip
And the Detachable 30 round magazine is also illegal if you didn't own it before the ban.

You could make this gun California legal but it would require alot of work.
Have to remove all the fun stuff, and make it so the magazine can't be release without a tool(bullet button) and only use a 10 round magazine.
