I am looking for someone who can program a website for me, and continue to support it.

Its a Danish site, but I will do translations when that is needed.
There is going to be a lot of graphics and pictures on it, so it requires that kind of skills too.

The site will hold information and show some pictures.

Its going to be a site with a lot of pictures and details.
Drop down menues in the top and implomented twitch streaming.
Statisticks over what teams won what, and a recruitment form.
API to add in Teamspeak so people can see if there are others online.

But a lot of graphic work since I want it to look really nice

If you don't want people to send you ridiculous offers, you need to define what you consider ridiculous. I would personally consider $50/hr a reasonable rate, but some people see that and think it's ridiculous. I've worked for $25/hr and less, but I consider that ridiculously low for what I do now and will no longer work for those rates. I know of developers who get billed out to clients for as much as $250/hr. I'm not there yet myself, but I'm working on it.

So what's your budget? What is ridiculous for you and what is reasonable?
