Blockchain.info Wallet.dat drag and drop import ~ Connection refused.

I am unable to upload my wallet into blockchain.info. I keep getting connection refused. The password is correct and my client is up to date.

the feature is bugged or just not working.
Still doesnt work, I think they might fix it soon
