I see they're taking a page out of the BFL playbook but they're a little more skillful.

Very clever indeed. Basically siphoned off all the funds and now calling it quits.

Did not they provide the proof of real mining hardware and hence could attract people even at a higher price ?

I won't say  ALL = "scam" but the question come when it's about profit. how can they get profit with 220 USD/BTC?

Today I received a notice from the United States Bankruptcy Court advising me of a meeting of creditors scheduled for ...

February 27
10:00 am
Austin Room 118
Homer Thornberry Building
903 San Jacinto

Texas 78701

I cannot attend as I live in New Zealand. If someone is planning on going would they be kind enough to post a review of the proceedings

Seems Cointerra really did go bankrupted however I do feel sorry for those who had remaining orders in place not going to get a refund only way would maybe contact the courts yourself to see if theirs any funds left within the company to be distributed however I do not see much being left or any assess left for people to claim back.
