My worries with Real life meetups on Localbitcoins are that I am afraid there might be some vendors who will give you counterfeit money.

face to face transactions, it's the best for anon, or you could look at some polish cards, but i don't advice them, some of them turned to be a scam

I've the same problem, the none guy told me about www.bitcoin.de. You sell your btc there the payment will be just a regular money transfer.

If you want to stay anonymous, making some p2p transactions is the best option. You can use localbitcoins or https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0 to find interested buyers, but you should use escrow and only trade with trusted people.

So how do face to face transactions work, do you print out paper wallets and take them with you for the trade or you take your laptop with you. And who goes first? And what if they gang up on you or take your bitcoins and just run away??
