Yes, you are correct because mining is discouraged and if it is to be done we wanted to make sure to keep the coins rare due to the large annual stake of 50% on privately owned coins.

The distribution is hardly over though primarily due to the fact that we have been far to busy to assist those that we have promised donations to however we are confident that will will have reached everyone within a weak to ten days we hope. We are hoping to implement a gaming platform that will pay in XPL to play it. We hope to achieve that before Spring for sure. Plus we need to get on an exchange so XPL can be traded or purchased.
