I used different settings but that didn´t help much... but by setting everything to a lower wattage I got better results... still weird a bit but not as bad as before... I also tryed your settings and it seems to have gotten a lot better, thanks!
it has to do with the voltages to watts ratio's ..
I have not quite figure it perfectly.
Also these chips are more like a gpu chip or more like a cpu chip it that any chip can be 5 or 10% better then the one next to it and you will see the difference .
I had Identical gpu's on identical motherboards back in 2012 and one would do 600mh and the other would only do 570mh.
Still in all I like the sp20's more then any miner I ever owned. I have owned a lot of different miners.
