You should really post a screenshot picture of your account balance to prove you have it.

Paypal can and will reverse all transactions if they feel...read their TOS.  That 800+ balance can be wiped into -800 if they find something they don't like..

just an FYI and they can do and normally do that right before the 180 waiting period    This account is worthless IMO while its in this 180 day waiting period since the outcome can be very negative.

You also have a dispute which is going to result in $$ coming out of the account.

This is not stupidity thinking. This is to avoid any scam attempts (not saying that this is).

Why is there a limitation and what is that claim dispute?

The money in this account was more than likely being withheld pending a refund for the dispute case. Totally worthless account. Yet another lame scam attempt.

This forum is rife with scam attempts lately .
