VirWox is another option but prone to the same markups you'll see at weselldoges

PP to BTC is extremely dodgy no matter how you set it up. I dont think there are many sites that offer something like it. If you are trusted here you can squeeze in a few deals maybe but the markups are insane.

The main advantage bitcoin has for gambling sites is it not being non-refundable. Accepting paypal would defeat the purpose of that and definitely kill all profits since most sites operate with only 1% house edge

Some bullion dealers accept PayPal; you can use bullion to barter for bitcoins.
I also know a financial institution that will help you do this, but I have not tried it myself and you need to prove your identity.

Not even if you dream it. First you convert your paypal money, then you deposit btc, then you withdraw btc and convert back.

I think to add paypal, you will have to need a license for gambling. And paypal is reversible and risky for any site accepting it .

Virwox.com, but they charge a lot of fees because you have to exchange your fiat to SLL, then to BTC

Why don't Paypal stop their Charge-back scheme? It seems as it only creates scams and distrust among traders, are they themselves want everyone to not use Paypal?
