reboot it.

go to the GUI look for systems then look for reboot then reboot.

now if that does not work

1) what is your freq ? 350 is stock have you made freq higher then 350?

2) what is your psu ?  is it a decent psu ? can it provide 600-700 watts?

3) sometimes you need a lower freq clock say 325 for both rows to work.

I found in a cold room my s-5 went as high as freq 412 before your issue appeared. I also need a second fast loud fan to go at that freq of 412 to work.  with the stock fan my s-5 liked freq 375 as the max.

the row with all the zeros is a good row.

the row with the x's is bad row.

your freq at 325 is okay.  that should give you 2 full rows of 0's  and mine at about 1100gh

so try the reboot and see if it clears up.

what is your psu?

Won't make a difference, but the better way to connect the power is the use the 6+2 pin connector closer to the power supply rather than the 2nd 6 pin connector you've used on the red cable.
