I really hope this is just a misunderstanding and for some reason the owner is absent.  He at least has a reputation to defend, so I'd be a little optimistic about getting your funds.

Update: 3 days passed, admin still ignoring me. Was promised by support that my issue will be resolved today. Still nothing. I have a balance of 1 btc and I cannot withdraw due to an empty hot wallet. I do not believe that the owner has any funds and the 11 btc bankroll that they advertized was just a scam.
