Can you specify what you mean exactly? You are trying to tell, that people make here accounts to advertise accounts before that specific altoin will launch?

No i meant that of the new accounts made , what % goes to the altcoin section first to launch a scam?

I think a lot. But even more goes to digital section and then selling super cheap gift cards.
