NeobitCEO and I have made arrangements for me to provide escrow for this project. Do note that this is in no way an endorsement of this project on my part. Read this entire post before sending funds.

As Small already said are we not cloning some asset.  

We are making a fork of Nxt, with
- an enhanced user interface
- an enhanced public image
- a new (and maybe better) distribution
- a foundation with funds, which can and will move things forward

and all open source, so that at a later point Nxt or other forks can implement them as well.
