I have had some issues. Primarily the return of sent transactions. Me sending to about 5 people and 1 coming back a few days later, addy correct and sends find the next go around.

withdrawn your funds and contact Coinbase. you may fund your Coinbase account again after they fix the issue.

I only noticed they just delayed my order, but the support got to me stating it was just a technical thing on their part.

no, I dont think they do its only us customers as far I can tell. Unless you get a friend/relative in the U.S to do this for you.

the screw up im facing with coinbase is that sometimes I miss prices that they wont honor based on limitations w. purchasing.

also extra verification etc.
