I don’t drink any coffee. I always hated the taste, even with loads of sugar in it like the beverages you can get at Starbucks and all that. About the only caffeine I have on a regular basis any more is green tea. Used to drink more soda but had two pregnancies that were back to back, and they really want to limit the caffeine on those, so kind of trained myself off the caffeinated beverages during that time. Never have been a big fan of using coffee though and have made it through a bachelors in three years, living with two kids less than 18 months apart in age (one is almost 3 now and the other is almost 18 months), and working full time as a freelance writer whenever the kids let me be without coffee so do not see a point in getting started now.
Out of the options though, I do think that coffee is much better than other options. Those energy drinks kind of scare me a bit as they seem to have a bit too much in them with caffeine. Just my thought on it, but since I do not use caffeine much I probably do not have much of a say.
