The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

You (or someone else willing to) can simply contact them using the email support@bitpremier.com and tell them the situation.

Or you could just wait it out and see if they renew it themselves...

To be honest, it is just a cool site to show people that high net worth individuals accept bitcoins. If a restaurant will not sell a $30 dinner for bitcoin, show them people are selling yachts for bitcoin and explain to them why it is a good idea for them to do it even with volatility
