I found this forum while searching for information on Virtex.com

I am a registered user of Virtex.com but for the past week I have had problems with the site, similar to others here.

I deposited quite a bit to Virtex.com, made some trades on the exchange, and finally tried to withdraw.
I have both requested money, and also tried to retrieve Bitcoin.
But so far nothing.

They don't even reply to my emails.

When a company is not able to handle basic customer support, doesn't answer emails, doesn't pay out fiat, and doesn't allow BTC withdrawals either, then users start to get worried...

www.cointelegraph.com and www.bitcoinwarrior.net also run these ads, and Coin Telegraph even had a big promotion with Virtex.com a few weeks ago. See here:
http://cointelegraph.com/news/113044/time-to-play-ct-egopay-and-virtex-announce-price-prediction-contest

I know at least one user who deposited heavily in Virtex.com because of that promotion and who is now unable to withdraw. Coin Telegraph should be informed of this, and expose the situation unless they want to be seen as responsible.

Their email is:
drop@cointelegraph.com

and the email for the other site is
editor@bitcoinwarrior.net

Even today nothing new, belonging to the writing appeared on their site (Crypto currency withdrawals are currently limited), so if you have modified the site have also ignored the email to us users and keeping closed the live chat!

so.... where is our money?

It has been more than a week.
I am waiting for BOTH a fiat withdrawal AND a crypto-currency withdrawal.

They are active and working on the site. They are still happily taking deposits from everyone. They are just not answering emails or paying anyone.

I have personally used virtex.com but only small amounts and only depositing using payza or egopay then trade then withdraw to bitcoins. From my experience, deposits from payza takes few hours while deposit from egopay/okpay are instant. Withdrawals to btc took about 5mins.

And last time i had issue with them i was able to talk to their live support chat. Its at https://support.virtex.com/ and you can check at the top Live chat, they have english and other language. But looking at it now, they are offline.

Virtex is also advertised by egopay, okpay, bityes.

Hope you get your issue fixed.

It was working fine for me about 3 weeks ago, my usd deposits and btc withdrawals were pretty fast, but it looks like it is turned into scam now, you can find many complains here and my withdrawals are pending more than 5 days with no response from support.

I never lose. Either I win or I learn.

I haven't got yet my money transfered from payza.

I have problems with Virtex (https://virtex.com). I have deposited 100$ about 10 days ago and my money are yet in pending. I deposited there from payza. They told the money from Payza comes max in 48 hours but are gone 10 days and nothing. And the big problem is that no one answered to my tickets.

I found Virtex at my Payza account and I thought that this site is safe because of this. But because of they above actions I think that they smell scam and Payza must be responsible that collaborate with such kind of sites.
