1) Yes, project has been community based. Most came out of XRPTalk.com. You can find many threads there regarding this project.
2) You can find the project on Github
3) Yes, Godaddy.
4) Right before the alpha release the site will be updated 100%. Developers will be shared, contact information readily available, etc.
5) If you are afraid, concerned, or other please sit back and relax. I understand! The app will be released on Google Play after testing.

Why the secrecy?
Regarding the overall situation in cryptoland its rather inappropriate to hide behind proxies.
Especially if you want to release a wallet software.

The project has been going on for several months in a very open forum over at xrptalk. The domain was bought and privatized to reduce unwanted spam from spammers   . The project website will have the developers, corp, and so forth information displayed for all. As you know, in this industry, people love to steal one's ideas and publish them as their own. Hence the team has kept a low profile.
