Did you forgot that the Dear Leader is also the Best actor, Best Director and Best Producer in North Korea? The question did not ask specifically if the actor comes from the North or South. The answer Kim Jong Un is a valid answer.

I also liked So Ji-Sub, from A Company Man since he was very good actor.  The character he acted reminded me of Denzel Washington from the movie Man on Fire.  It's not a particularly originally archetype of a flawed man looking to settle down & find redemption for his dark past.  
In addition, he's also super attractive and sharply dressed, which he has going for him.
