wouldnt it be better if bitcoin embassy would only be allowed for bitcoin embassies established around the world? instead
everyone is allowed to use it

Who is in charge of maintaining the bitcoinembassy.ca website?

As of today you still recommend users to buy bitcoins from cavirtex. http://bitcoinembassy.ca/buybitcoin.html

The last post on the embassy blog is from october 22.
