I think Investing in any HYIP or Ponzi site is obviously a bad idea ... in the beginning from birth HYIP you can still get your money back, a little later - always lose ... always a waste of money ... just to win in casinos - much more likely

Ponzis at an early stage has more odds of winning than in gambling.
Everybody thinks this and tries to get in early. As a result, late comes really, really soon. The second the volume drops, everybody knows it's not early anymore, and the volume drops to zero. People are greedy, and they lose IQ when the money is increasing, that's why they invest Ponzi/HYIP sites, and most of them won't get paid in the end, the best way it don't touch that, investors won't win with the site owners.

actually it is a good idea to invest and get out within first 2 days.
Yeah, no. What rules are there saying whoever is running it just doesn't take your money after the first 12 hours?

when you see "investing" in /gambling it's actually gambling. With these copies/scams calling themselves "ponzis" you don't actually know the risk level. It's wise not to put in any large amount of BTC . Ignore the "only put in as much as you can lose" because really you don't want to lose any of it to a scammer. I think the general idea that lures people is if they find a scheme that they can get in early on, that works, they could be one of the very few lucky ones to benefit. This being said, i actually think good will come out of all these scams and " ponzi" schemes. People could combine some of the successful ideas and actually create GAMES rather than SCAMS .

The ironic thing here is that people who 'invest' in ponzies are probably think that its a lot more safer way to make money than rolling a dice/betting on sports etc.

Since there are so many "honest ponzis" out there right now, I just thought I'd throw this out there: - You are not gambling, you are sending money to someone and hoping you get more back. There are no odds, no fairness.
- Anyone can put up a blockchain API with a little bit of code and then just shut it down when they think they have enough money.
- There are actual gambling websites out there...why would you take the chance on this when you can have actual odds with provable fairness
Make smart decisions. A fool and his money are quickly parted. I totally hate all these ponzis. But, honestly, here is what people think about ponzis: Ponzis at an early stage has more odds of winning than in gambling. Members insist on automatic payouts, because then, at a point, a ponzi with instant sent, will have max, 1.299 BTC at a time. (If the next on line is a 1.3 for a 1 btc max.) This is less than the fee they will get if many people deposit. People work on these observations, and of course many people lost money. I wonder why they are not screaming it here? i agree with his statment. "Ponzis at an early stage has more odds of winning than in gambling."

but people understand that there isn't enough money to go around and that someone (probably you by the time you get to hear about it) will get screwed over? You are essentially giving money to the owner and his friends, and hoping enough other idiots come after you so that you don't lose everything...

Make smart decisions. A fool and his money are quickly parted. As Far as I see, some of them are not even putting up a Blockchain API but doing it manually. Then closing once they have a bigger deposit.

Ponzi's announcements shouldn't be in gambling section and not even in any other section. Bitcointalk admins should create a Ponzi section with a clear disclaimer on the top stating something like: "...blablabla...Ponzi creators final purpose is to enrich themselves with coins now owned by some of you....blablable...be warned they want to f**k you without vaseline .....they will likely laugh at you once they manage it...."

Ponzi only profitable at early stage, while gambling can be profitable depends on your skill & luck Ponzi is bad idea since we don't know when ponzi will collapse ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) Maybe ponzi have to give faucet just like gambling site ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Ponzi is a fraudulent investment by the definition. Your luck being the only opportunity to gain profit will end sooner or later. ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif)
