Guys, if someone has coins in local wallet, could you please turn on staking? Or just open the wallet, if it was closed for a while. The network lacks staking wallets (looks like just one wallet is actually staking), and transactions either move extremely slow, or don't confirm at all. Please support the network, until Dev comes out with something!

That wallet is misbehaving, produces useless blocks, ignoring and invalidating any transaction done by other nodes in the network! Coin transfers do not work because of that!!
Please restart that node, or fix it somehow.
And once again - folks, please switch on staking on your wallets!! This network is going to stop if you don't stake. It is already unable to complete transactions, because of lack of staking wallets!
