I have the problem with paypal withdrawals. Payoneer no longer working for me.

Looking to buy VISA card or US bank account.

Can pay good price for it.
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Hi, I can send you a MasterCard with UK bank account (GBP). You can add a USD card later but the main account is in GBP.

Ive been testing e-coin.io's VISA card for a while now, and I like it.  But right now its only available as a US$ card and not for all countries, so check first.

You cannot withdraw from paypal if you the card has/bank account has different name. I think is also very risky since the seller still in control of the account and knows the card info.
