The price of Bitcoin dropped again this week, sliding to its lowest level since early 2013, suggesting that confidence in the contentious cryptocurrency may be shrinking.

On Tuesday, the price of Bitcoin dropped from $267 to about $224, sinking below its April 2013 value, which was before its popularity skyrocketed, according to the New York Times.

Buy buy buy!

Grin But when is the bottom? It is a good time to buy in but the fact that bitcoin can fall to such lows like this for no apparent reason is disturbing.

Ask 100 people that question and you'll get 100 different answers.  No apparent reason?  Oh reasons abound but there's never anything really solid.  So many times it's blame China, blame drugs.. Whatever.  As long as people spend, earn and spend more btc it will always have value.

Exchange price is only one aspect. Popularity of bitcoin is still rising.

Hope fully it can rise up again, millions of bitcoin users are now hanging in the balance. New adopters are tempted to enter the market as the price is low.
