What are your maintenance fees?

Also, will you be providing any of the evidence puppet asks for in his Cloudmining 101 thread in order to prove your legitimacy?

Hi Thank You for your post.

We just noticed puppets post and will be providing evidence shortly.

As for maintenance fees.

Datacenter in UK.

£6,608 Per Month, We have 4 Full Racks Rented out
£0.17 Per Kwh

Datacenter in France.

€8,526 Per Month, We have 4 Full Racks Rented out
€0.26 Per Kwh

17p per kWh is 0.26 $/kWh. On average, at the current difficulty you'll mine 0.00001144 BTC/GH/day. At 0.26 $/kWh, a 0.5 J/Gh miner would cost 0.00001752 BTC/Gh/day to run at a price of 178 $/BTC meaning you would lose 0.00000608 BTC/GH/day. In fact, with a 0.5 J/Gh miner you'd lose money unless the bitcoin price was above 273 $/BTC.

Let me know if I'm understanding this correctly.

You pay ~$18,000 USD per month for hosting of your 154 TH/s.

154 TH/s earns $315/day or $9500/month.

So you are asking for $25,000 for 154 TH/s which produces a loss of $8500/month for 12 months? (assuming difficulty doesn't increase which it will)

We dont have 154 TH/s, We have 354 TH/s.

We make ~16,500 GBP - ~$25,500 Per month using our mining hardware.

sure we are worried about losing money at the moment due to the decreased price but we are positive this will increase and of course hardware goes out of date we will need to cross that bridge when we come to it.

So your making about $500 per month (across 354TH/s) at this point with the price of bitcoin still dropping.  Sounds extremely unprofitable to put it mildly.

Where do you find the 7% for the affiliate program never mind the ability to pay the miners as your not even making that much?

Its true, With the current price as low as it is, we are not making that much if anything. But we dont want to just end it here, we want to trust the bitcoin price will rise again.

as for the affiliate scheme, we need to advertise, We have to. We have forcasted that there wont be "too many" affiliated purchases.

We have only just started, we dont want to end. We believe in the long run we can be succesful in profits for miners and us as a service.

Honestly if you can shelve the project without great loss do so and see if the price of BTC goes up and/or difficulty goes down.  Otherwise you and your investors are in a world of hurt.

A lot of established (some even legitimate) cloud mining services are falling apart right now.  Bad time to try a risky start up

Well, We have predicted a small loss for the coming month due to Bitcoins price. This is only a small loss for us though and wont affect our user base, We see that our user base is the most important aspect of this service and keeping true to that will eventually allow us all to make profits. Keeping a dedicated happy user base.

I understand some other cloud mininig services are falling apart right now but we have a comfortable startup budget from an investor who wants to carry on in the direction we are going.

However, Thank You for your honest advice.

With the free trial things have started brightly

Has anyone made anything from the affiliate scheme yet??

I really think bitcoin value is gonna go real high again so I hope you do stick to it.

If you have the most efficient miners available, and have them underclocked for maximum efficiency of .5 J/GH, your 354 TH/s costs $33,000 per month at your least expensive facility. You are running at a massive loss right now.

Can you show your mining address to prove that you actually have the stated hashrate?

What company and/or individuals are running this business?
