So I went today to make the bank wire transfer for my Jalapenos.

After going to three banks ( the first one said I needed more data to make the payment and the second one didn't want to do it) I paid it.
So after looking the receipt there were the following costs:

Comission - 20 Eur
Swift cost- - 12 Eur
Currency exchange Eur to Dollar - 25 Eur

So I paid 211 Eur for a 187 Dollar Jalapeno.

What's wrong with you banks?
