It seems that the new owners are too lazy to do anything with operationfabulous. They could at least hire a developer to update it and fix it up with new features or something. Also, they are not responsive to email. Some email I sent never get replied to.

Operation Fabulous is really a great service, and I hate to see it stagnate.  Cry

I would like to help improve their service, even if only I get paid very little.

Watching this topic now, because I just put an OperationFabulous button on BitcoinGameList. The ad did change from unapproved to approved (automated?), but they are still not reporting any visitation (and the site does have some traffic already). I'm testing all the ad systems I can to see which I like best, and which are most Bitcoin-site friendly, including Google AdSense and projectwonderful.com (whence I suspect OperationFabulous coined their name).

I asked a long time ago to implement some type of bidding system.

long ago I paid for ads on 20 or so sites,  it took a long time to set them up.

now there are 100 or so sites.

I changed my domain from .com to .org, and had to re set up ads, there are bids on my origional ads, but not my new ones.

AnonymousAds and and bitcoinadvertising seems to be overtaking and working better.

Since Operation Fabulous does not update its sorting operations we created a new site which does it for them.

Operation Fabulous Sorter thread

You can always check out Operation Fabulous Site Sorter!

The ad units are sorted after:
- Views/BTC
- Alphabetical
- Most Views
- Highest Bid (I know its not really useful but its interesting)

Edd's a good guy, and I'm sure when he sees that there's an issue, he'll be taking care of it, coupled with making it right for all concerns across the board.
