Why do you want to send a transaction without fees? If you don't pay the fees your transaction will never confirm. A transaction is very likely to confirm without fees. The question is why not blockchain? |

Why do you want to send a transaction without fees? If you don't pay the fees your transaction will never confirm. A transaction is very likely to confirm without fees. The question is why not blockchain? A blockchain doesnt allow you to have an account like in bitgo, you can manage your wallets / address using your own account. |

Only online wallets that I know are blockchain (which you don't wanna use) and Coinbase but they have fees also . you may wanna try Electrum (Offline wallet), you can choose how much fees do you pay as far as I know . You should also know that if you don't pay the fees the transaction will take long to time to get confirmed if not "never" . ~ Madness |

i like Xapo Wallet
they have good system but fees is compulsory because its for conformation lesser fees and more time will taken to conform the bit-coins

If you don't pay transaction fees your coins might be locked for a long time. Long enough to bad things happens, for example, the prices falling from around 300 to 160.
And even for computer wallets it is hard send a no fee transaction, the only one I know that you do it is Bitcoin Core

From the virtual I would be better advised XAPO Wallet . Why is this wallet ? There are several reasons - Transfers from a XAPO wallet - absolutely free ! That is, unlike numerous other purses XAPO does not relieve You interest for the transaction ! In the General register - XAPOI think the XAPO wallet You like.  |

If you want to stay away from Blockchain , then your only choices are Xapo or Coinbase . not sure about the fees though But I would advice you to pay the fees since they are small andthey are really helpful to get your transaction getting confirmed faster if you don't , u risk to get unconfirmed transaction for ever |

Why do you want to send a transaction without fees? If you don't pay the fees your transaction will never confirm. never is not right i will be confirmed eventually, the good thing about BCI is that if it is not confirmed within 48hr it will be sent again with a new tx with same settings |

Electrum is not an online wallet, bitcoin-qt will give you the option of sending without a fee. I know, but my main point is that the tx fee should always be paid unless you don't mind waiting for a few hours or even a few days for your transactions to get confirmed. |

If you expect to make transactions without any delay or problems then you need to include the fee but its only a few cents so it doesn't matter much.
