The tx fee is taken by the miners, not the wallet client, so you should pay the tx fee no matter which wallet you use.
Some clients such as Electrum do allow you to pay 0 fee whenever you want, but your transaction will likely take a very long time or possibly never be confirmed.
Electrum is not an online wallet, bitcoin-qt will give you the option of sending without a fee. I know, but my main point is that the tx fee should always be paid unless you don't mind waiting for a few hours or even a few days for your transactions to get confirmed. It was one of your point and this one was correct  |

get used to transaction fees, your payments will never confirm if you dont use a fee. and its just 10k satoshi, barely 2 cents. not a big deal.

Try Coinbase or Coinkite or Xapo wallet.
all of them are good in my opinion

I've used blockchain, coinbase, multibit, electrum. Not sure any of those are what you're looking for. There's also various well known dice or gambling sites that you could probably use like a wallet. |
