Why will the price drop because of this ? Also are these companies refunding the gh/s purchased by customers ? Or was that in the t&c's while people purchased the contracts  ?

I highly doubt that any of the cloud mining services that shutdown will refund anything.

Look at Mayax' posts. All day every day with the same shit. If the sun comes up, that means Bitcoin is going down. If the sun goes down, that means Bitcoin is dying, etc, etc. Dumbass needs to find out what pussy feels like or something, his current hobby is rather pathetic.

All of my posts are simply statements of my own personal opinions based on available information and pondering what might be possible considering human nature, with the goal of finding truth and preventing fraud. Please look at all of the facts and theories and put your thinking cap on to draw your own conclusions. If you feel that I have made a false statement or have been unnecessarily derogatory, I encourage you to please point it out, and if proven correct and/or reasonable I will remedy it. ~ Paul Revere

Lol, I knew they'll go belly up.  Grin

<snip>

Of the big four still standing, Bitfury, Bitmain, Spondoolies and KNC, I predict one, maybe two, will either go bankrupt or be "bought out" from the brink of insolvency.

Great explanation!

I just wanted to add... ASICMiner is still producing hardware as well as Avalon.

I'd predict Zeushash to go down first. They cancelled some projects lately and turned to cloud mining, which isn't really profitable.

Do not confuse closed with terminating contracts. If zeushash and cex actually closed their cloud mining the difficulty drop would be tremendous not just 1% or so that it looks like it will be. Remember their maintenance fee is not just electric fees. They certainly add a little extra for themselves. Its much easier for them to terminate the contracts say its unprofitable and produce a small amount of bitcoins with the already paid for miners by themselves. If they really closed and wanted to help their customers they would sell the miners and pass on those profits to the shareholders.

I am curious as to why don't all cloudminers close business, as its not profitable any more at the current price ?

Last time it's cex.io than we see zeushash closed
Let's see how many cloud mining companies will closed their service

This is bad for anyone who haven't got ROI from cloud mining

cex closed because of low bit coin prizes
others closed because they have ponzi system..
they are different..

I am curious who is still "mining" considering the fact that a company cannot earn from this activity anymore. it can only lose Smiley
