pro meu site criar uma carteira para depósito da moeda tanto bitcoin como outras, como devo proceder isso ?

Se você pretende receber pagamentos em Bitcoin no seu site, uma forma prática é integrar o BitPay que é o processador de pagamentos mais popular.

De uma olhada na API e nos exemplos:
https://bitpay.com/bitcoin-payment-gateway-api


Outra alternativa muito popular é usar a API do site blockchain.info:
https://blockchain.info/pt/api/api_receive


Existem também alternativas nacionais que inclusive fazem conversão para R$, mas não conheço nenhuma em detalhes.
