Armory Offline Bundle - libconfig-file-perl missing?

Hello! I downloaded armory offline bundle from official site. I am using 14.04 LTS. I installed the dependencies using Software Center. When I tried to install dpkg-sig_0.13.1_all.deb, it is saying, "libconfig-file-perl is missing". So, isn't it wise to include libconfig-file-perl^[1] into the offline bundle or is it because the bundle is for Ubuntu 12.04(32/64 bit)?
