Hi,

Would be good to have a transparent company!

how much TH/s do you have?

did you buy the equipment under IQONIA name? It would be good to get bitmain to confirm you have a large amount of equipment.

What is your current mining address?

Your prices are quite expensive compared to some other cloud mining providers, Any chance of lowering? See MineThatCloud for example currently at 0.15€/GHs compared to your 0.48€/GHs.

I like the fact you let customers choose where to mine.

Thanks for answering the above questions.

how much TH/s do you have?

-> we start with ~143 THs

did you buy the equipment under IQONIA name? It would be good to get bitmain to confirm you have a large amount of equipment.
-> we will buy the equipment under our company name, see imprint on our website as IQONIA is only a service name.

What is your current mining address?
-> will be published in 2-3 weeks as soon as we setup the miners

Your prices are quite expensive compared to some other cloud mining providers, Any chance of lowering? See MineThatCloud for example currently at 0.15€/GHs compared to your 0.48€/GHs.

-> they sell only 1 year contracts and we already have huge discounts. I don't know how they do it. As we are as transparent as we can, we can only sell you what we get as prices and not any fantasy numbers. We added a 10% coupon until 30.01.2015. I will check on the prices and what we can possibly do to reduce them.

They aren't mining. They're just running a ponzi scam.

ok this clears all up.

I adjusted our prices slightly. but this is the minimum we can go for 1 THs: ~0,43$ per GHs.

USD or Euros? The announcement lists Euros.

So for 1 TH/s:

Contract cost ($.43 * 1000) = $430
Estimated cost of miner = $200

That leaves $230 for hosting, or roughly $.05/kwh. That's pretty cheap hosting. Am I close?

in that range yes, but you have to count rent for the datacenter, installation services, cooling etc. etc. that makes it more expensive per kwh

Congratulations on your attempt to provide a transparent mining service.
I'll be following your set up with interest, as I am sick and tired of being asked to invest in schemes which are obvious scams (one mentioned above).
I know you have a website Q&A page, but could you help me out with a couple of queries here?

Your parent company is White Balance Gmbh,  http://www.whitebalance.de/cms/ yes?
They seem to be a consultancy type operation, this must be quite a new thing for them, capital investment in mining.
Did this come about from Iqonia selling the concept to them, or was it an in-house project that you decided to go with yourselves?
Also, just to be clear, you have no association with Iqonia in Salzburg?

In your T&C's there are just a couple of things:
18 ) mentions UK law, but Bremen as the court of first instance? Why is that?
8 ) KYC. Does the identification procedure apply to non fiat purchases?

Thanks.
As I say, good luck, I feel that I may have at last found a home for some coin.
