I followed your first thread, about unconfirmed tx...
You used an unconfirmed tx output from that tx as a input to this transaction. As first tx got dropped after 2 days, so is the second.

You can't assume unconfirmed coins are 'yours' until confirmed.
Don't spend unconfirmed outputs.

No. He didn't use same outputs in two tx - he assumed unconfirmed coins are his, and tried to spend that in another zero confirmation tx to that game.

Probably not. Since your bet was never confirmed, as far as luckyb.it is concerned you never made your bet. The transaction that paid out your winnings spent part of the input that you sent them so it was dependent on the transaction you sent them confirming.

Next time you should use a casino that allows for "off-chain" bets. Using an on-chain casino will cause the house edge to be much higher then advertised because of the cost of including TX fees

Even I was a player there, but I used to play with Blockchain.info, but this thing never happened... I think its a bug in BC only, and it may either get your coins confirmed or revert back to your account, you need to be patient till then... And yes, don't just send your coins in on-chain games continuously, as this may happen everytime, and try to be honest by adding fees to your txn always...

Check the address where the 0.1 came from.

If you see a warning about possible double spends coming from the address, then you might have a hint about the problem

Wow, can this actually happen??? This is so strange Sad
Blockchain transaction must not disappear, they are logged in every single bitcoin using computer. Maybe it is an error on the website?
Did you check the sending adress?

If the transaction that put coins at that address was a no-fee transaction that was never picked up by a miner, then a transaction that spends the coins from that address isn't possible for a miner to pick up.

You could rebroadcast the original tx; a miner might pick it up eventually.  If it was a no-fee transaction the odds aren't all that great, but at least it would have a higher priority by now.  Anyway, if the first one goes through, the second would become valid and could go through as well.

A fair number of miners have "child-pays-for-parent" implemented, which means that if they can see the original no-fee tx, and another tx arrives spending its inputs but the second tx pays enough fees to cover them, they'll pick up both tx.  But if it's been more than a few days they can't still see the original unless you rebroadcast it.
