Aside from people in the US where its illegal to use phones or internet to bet on sports why would people do this instead of a service like http://sports.bodog.eu/content/sports-betting-arbitrage or http://www.sportsbettingworm.com/arbitrage-betting/ (not an endorsement just the  first two I found on google).  Sportsbook arbitrage.
