confirm a good rep on ebay or some other website, and youre safe..

you can reverse paypal? so the BTC seller is at risk.

This is the case even if you use a clearcoin charity escrow :p

so it's unlikely this is a scam

This time it may not be a scam, but this guy scammed people to get the btc hes got.

This guy scammed me for as much as 3.50 bitcoins.

I can just claim an unauthorized use of my account, not more.

Hes not answering my PM's but maybe he reads this thread.
Send me my bitcoins and i cancel the dispute.

The solution you posted work just if you choose a payment type related to an item.
But i sended it as an private payment and because of this i cant fill out an item dispute
