but how will origin know? And you can change email and pass easily. You can even change name.

I just dont play the game for months and why not sell it?

the seller can recover the password, usually by contacting support. I'm not saying you will do it, but it's something to keep in mind for any potential buyers.

LoL BF3 I have a level 77 colonel with 700hrs played, would never sell it though, it's on the leaderboards in the top 6000  woot

companies are notorious for going against court rulings, even explicit ones. Like you can theoretically disagree to Windows' EULA, and opt to have a system without windows installed, very few company does it, even when a court ruling explicitly said that they must.

Anyways, the main issue is the seller yanking back the account. Not saying the seller will do that, but it's something to be aware of.
