There were much more coins stolen in the past.

This is old news, and it's not the biggest Bitcoin theft. It's just a hot wallet that is relatively small compared to all their funds, btw.

Well a lot of the bigger ones in that thread were lon cons (most likely) which is somewhat different then a "robbery". Although I do think one of the dark market "hacks" shortly after sr1 was taken down exceeded $5MM in fiat value
