the problem of such a question is the holistic nature of the question, so where to start? Who has reached a sufficient level of resilience, what are your scenario and if they are overwhelming do you have a plan, when all your resilience preparedness failed?

And dear collectivists, if the individuals are weak or unresilient, how could you build group resilience? weak + weak = 2 weaks.

Personally I started by trying to open source all my softwares... but you see how unresilient it is... I can't produce as of now energy... so if the grid fail, my electronic resilience is void...

money is faster...
