Coingen is a service, basically a web page, where you can request creation of a coin.. You put in some basic values like SHA/Scrypt, Block Reward and Max Blocks and they create the coin for you (automatically).

If you dont want a source its free, with source it costs something.. But not much..

I can make "shadowrunner's supervipcoin" via coingen. Who will support it? Nobody.
