The OP seems illegitimate. He was online yesterday but didn't care to answer the questions posted on this thread. Be careful before giving any money to the OP. Better to search for other deals with trustable companies.

Same question here. Cheapest (verified legal) VPS I ever saw was  around ~3$/month with way lower specs, just to play around. Not sure how this would work with such rates.
