I know this topic seems pretty drawn out, but I've looked at everything and can't seem to find an adequate solution

Is there a site where I can use a $100 Mastercard gift card to exchange into BTC?
I would use Virwox like usual, but they changed their policies and made it so that you have to have verified accounts everywhere, like Paypal or Skrill
I don't have those and am unable to make them
I am also in the US

I'am not sure what do you mean with a MasterCard Gift card , which MasterCard is that  ??
Anyway you can always try it to sell it on Digital Goods Section here on bitcointalk or Currency Exchange since the Gift card contains USD so it make sense .

Apart from looking for buyers in the goods or digital goods section here, you can try selling it on platforms like cryptothrift.
