Gold seller govt authenticity letter

Guys, can someone here advice or suggest to me to get any kind of govt approved authenticity letter which I can boast to my would be customers online who would buy gold from me in confidence that they will be spending their money on real gold ?
Most of these customers would be international, would I also require to get a separate gold export license ?

Without export license you can't sell gold to other country people.
