GLBSE closed down so when they give us the shareholder information we can move to a new platform to manage the continued payment of dividends. Keep an eye on this thread for updates on where to send your details. Most of BitcoinRS was held by large shareholders. Update: I think it's time for people to send in their shareholder info to bitcoinracingsyndicate@gmail.com The bitcoin assets we held we cant claim on untill Nefario sends us the csv and shareholder info so we can claim on the issuers. We held shares in KRAKEN which recently dissolved and Patrick Harnett paid back 50%. Also had 100 MOORE shares which I am acting on with friedcat. I have lost considerable personal funds in this GLBSE debacle as I owned a considerable amount of BITCOINRS shares. I will not be claiming my shares and they will be placed last in any case. On the positive side we still own $3000 worth of greyhounds and we did get some bitcoins back from glbse. I used those to back LITECOINRS-PT which is still operating on litecoinglobal. I am considering issuing a new asset on btct.co and transferring shareholders an equivalent number of shares that they held in BITCOINRS. I will not be issuing myself shares except 5% of any new shares sold as management, so that will reduce outstanding shares to under 3-4000. I have basically written off 10-11000 of my own shares. If you had BITCOINRS shares please email us. I will leave the claims process open untill the 30th Nov and after that you will have to wait for Nefario. Is this an acceptable plan ? You can now invest in BitcoinRS on BTCT.CO https://btct.co/security/BITCOINRS

I dont know whats happened with the IPO as the asset is still sitting on the IPO page and hasnt been released yet. Im trying to get in touch with Nefario to find out whats happening. Sorry for the unexpected delay.
Unfortunately these shares weren't released before bitcoin.me/noagendamarket had to retire for the evening, so this will hopefully be taking place sometime tomorrow.

I hope one day we can own naming rights to a dog and call it "Nakamoto" or something That would be pretty awesome.

Our first biweekly dividend, consisting of 0.0001619 BTC per share, has been paid to 5100 outstanding shares.
I will have a more comprehensive report posted later, but I'm having some trouble getting it into a form with a verifiable signature that will work as a forum post. My apologies for the delay, and I hope to have it worked out later today.

Biweekly Report Jul 18th - Aug 1st, 2012I still haven't found a way to present this information as I want with a signed document. The formatting never holds is the trouble. I'm also not sure if this is the way I will continue to report this information in the future. If there is anything else you would like to see provided please let me know and I will attempt to incorporate it.

Great work fellas! It's interesting you brought up the retired dog adoption program. My main reservation with investing in the doggies is their welfare. Good to hear they have a program like this in place. Can't wait til we're up and racing!

When trying to analyze the absolute downside it would be helpful to know whether there is a minimum liquidation value, like for glue, etc. instead of a complete write off for adoption.

We're paying this a bit early this week as I'm getting on a plane in a few hours and won't be able to do it on the regular day. I will be back on Friday, and will provide a more comprehensive report then.

Here is our biweekly report as of August 13th at the time of our last dividend payment. Sorry for the delay, I've been traveling for a few days. I decided it's probably simplest to just show our Balance Sheet. If you have any questions please let me know.

Good Day Investors, Another 2 weeks have passed and it's time for some reporting. As a result of the passage of the motion to suspend dividends until our capital situation recovered from losses due to some unforseen liquidations required by our asset allocation strategy, there are no dividends to be paid this period. However, I'm happy to report that we are very nearly back at our starting capital, and anticipate that we should be back to paying dividends next period. We have sold 13,905 shares to date for a total capital of 695.25 BTC. We currently have 694.09183720 BTC of assets, leaving us with a shortfall from our starting capital of a mere 1.1581628 BTC. Our income during the last period was 7.06217 BTC, meaning we should have no problem getting back where we would like to be. Our current balance sheet can be seen below. At this point we are amassing BTC to be put towards our fiat investment pool to get us moving back toward or 50/50 asset allocation goal. In other news we have Royal Stealth racing on this upcoming Sunday, September 16th in the 5th race at Healesville. Lastly, you can also follow race results here including videos of all of the races to date.

As someone who has adopted at least 2 former racing greyhounds I feel it is my duty to inform people who may not know better. Greyhounds are often bred exclusively for the purpose of racing. When they no longer are fast enough to be competitive they are simply killed. Thousands of greyhounds every year see this fate. For this reason I would never put any money into greyhound racing. If you're looking for a pet, greyhounds are wonderful. They have quick bursts of energy, but are usually pretty lazy, quiet, and gentle.

At least here in Victoria they have the greyhound adoption agency of which greysynd is a member.
That's good to know, but more than likely they are unable to find homes for all the greyhounds.

Anyone considering investing should read http://www.humanesociety.org/issues/greyhound_racing/facts/greyhound_racing_facts.html , http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2006/jan/01/spain.animalwelfare and please do yourself a favor and google more. I am not stating that the op is in any way abusing he's dogs, but I'll go asfar as stating that it is less than likeley that all of the dogs he's dogs race agains do or will live happy and long lives. I own and race greyhounds, but there is no money involved, it's just a hobby. Whenever money gets involved the wrong sort of peole follow, which leads to dogs being abused and discarded.Heres one of our Italian greyhounds, 9 years old the picture is 2 years old when he won a veteran championship.
