What are peoples current experience when transferring USD from Dwolla to MTGOX? (Both are verified), in order to convert USD to BTC?

You could trade with someone on here too. If you a feeling charitable, you could do an exchange Dwolla for a Mt. Gox USD code. There's plenty of people seeking to get money out of Mt. Gox (like me!). Some people are charging fees to do it. It's up to you.

If you use the standard prices (bid and ask) for the exchange what are people's experience in converting usd once at MTGOX to BTC. I want to convert about $2000 USD to BTC

It's practically instant if you do a market buy. If you're wanting to buy lower than that I could take some time depending on what the market is doing.
