The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Not yet, we are waiting for instructions for what to do like always, keep an eye on http://www.reddit.com/r/mtgoxinsolvency/ and perhaps any updates from kraken CEO.

Wasn't it clear that the coins have been lost forever at this point?
Did anyone recover Anything?

I think he meant, if there is a chance to recover, then does he have to file anything. Kraken mentioned something about paying out the money. Didn't read the whole thing though.

Good luck in making claims. Seems the fed and other people are still investigating them as they making claims that it was now an inside job from reports and they are asking more and more questions into this. Time will tell and fold the truth of what really happened at MYGOX no doubt they stole it all have it all and trying to get away with it by filing bankruptcy due to them so called claims of them being hacked and funds being stolen.

Well last time he told us end of this year we should hope to see some payments being made.  Would seem like a strange lie.

Yeah but the US gov has been selling bitcoins also so they should surely recognize bitcoins as legit and the innocent in mtgox as innocent?
