Bitmain! Will u release the newer version of the S4 with the new chips? S6 maybe

Just wondering if bitmain would like to respond to if they are going to make a new form of the S4 & call it maybe the S6 with the new BM1384 chipset??

it likely wont be for a few months. The S4 achoieves 0.5w/gh, so an S6 would only serve to create a higher density.

most likely they will use the S5+ boards which will use more chips/chain to achieve slightly higher hadshrates at 0.35-0.4w/gh.

Other than what you said about mining, what is wrong with the price of bitcoin? They can still base it off dollars or something.

Nope, but now that we are at S5, I wouldn't be surprised , if there are plans for the 6th chip to come out.

Wait, so the diff is flatlined and coin is at a its highest point in months and the last gear they sold flew off the shelves and nobody else has anything available, but it doesn't make sense to sell more gear?

by selling no new gear for 30 to 60 more days.  


diff keeps low and prices go up.

  then sell the s-6.

I see all builders of gear other then avalon not selling.  I see that as a big factor  flat diff rate and price of BTC drifting up.

If coins are at 350 btc on April 30th and diff is still under 50  people will be buying  the s-6 like mad.

Man I'd love to see coin back at $350. I'd more love to see it at $600 but that's not likely anytime soon.
